Stay away from the buffet table and engage in conversation, not cookies and fat laden foods!
Enjoy the evening, but out your fav foods on a smaller plate
For the hostess with the mostest, thank her for her delicious foods, that you are full but would love to take home a piece of her favorite pie. That way you don't insult her BUT GIVE IT AWAY!
No time to work out, Hold the plank 3 times for 90seconds before you go out, that way you will feel "pumped" and stat on track!
Journal what you eat, those who do - eat less!
Most importantly, enjoy the Holidays BUT think of each holiday as a DAY not an entire season. Enjoy your favorite foods and spirits and get on track the very next day!
